How does the widget work on Shopify? 

Ombre is currently available on Shopify in the form of a plugin for fashion e-commerce. The plugin, where retailers can just install off the Shopify App Store, acts as a virtual fashion stylist, giving out styling recommendations, telling shoppers which size would fit them best and completing whole looks for them from head to toe.

Why is the widget not working in certain pages/clicks?

Due to incompatibility of browsers, some elements might not work well with our widget. Please report the issues to us on such occasions for the purpose of improvements and fixes.

What can fashion retailers gain from this widget on Shopify? 

Ombre personalises the experience of fashion retailer customers by styling their customers with the right outfits for them with goals to optimise checkout conversion, basket sizes and brand loyalty. We encourage up-sells and cross-sells through our For You page and Matching Item recommendations.

How can I install Ombre on Shopify?

  1. From the Shopify Store.

  2. Upon installing Ombre from the Shopify App Store, 

  3. Under Accounts, you will first have to activate your subscription - don't worry, all our Shopify retailers are entitled to a 30-day free trial, so we will not be charging anything for the first 30 days.

 

Does Ombre provide any support system if the app/widget doesn’t work?

Our support team will respond as quickly as possible to fix your issues. All you need to do is contact us.

How long does it take to install the widget on Shopify?

You can complete the installation process in just a matter of minutes to get you up and running on Shopify!

Is the widget free to be used?

The widget is free to install and every Shopify retailers are entitled to a 30 days free trial to use our widget.

What can I do if the widget is not working?

Navigate to the admin page. Under the Account section, unsubscribe from your current plan.

 

Can I still use Ombre if I’m not on Shopify?

Yes, you can download our app from the Google Play Store or the Apple’s App Store. The products from Shopify stores are shown in Ombre mobile app for more reach to customers.
